Requirements: Robo-FTP is supported on Windows XP, Server 2003, Vista, Server 2008 (including R2 and both 32 and 64 bit editions), and Windows 7.
Robo-FTP is 32 bit software and requires version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework. The Framework is automatically pre-installed with Vista, Server 2008, and Windows 7. Please see Microsoft's web site for free downloads of the Framework for the other supported operating systems. You may be required to restart your computer after installing the .NET Framework. The installation of Robo-FTP does not, on its own, require a restart.
Users of older operating systems may be required to download an updated version of the Windows Installer service from Microsoft's web site.
HINT: Download this installer if you need to connect to other servers and upload / download files. If you want to host a server that allows others to connect to you to upload / download files, you should download Robo-FTP Server (see below).
